Most problems are solved with a charge or a restart. Each app's guide also has its own fixes.
Using your headset as a regular Meta Quest
Your AVRcore headset is yours. It comes set up for AVRsuite and works best that way, but you’re free to reset it and use it like any other Meta Quest, with your own account and apps. Here’s how to do it and keep your AVRsuite apps.
- 1Email us first. Before you reset, write to support@avrwell.com with the email address of the Meta account you'll use on the headset.
- 2Reset and set up your headset. Factory reset the headset, then follow Meta's on-screen steps to set it up with your Meta account.
- 3Download your apps. We'll send you a link for each AVRsuite app to download it to your headset.
Good to know before you decide: a factory reset permanently changes how your headset looks and works, and it can’t be undone. Instead of the simple AVRcore screen, you’ll open your apps through the standard Meta Quest menus, which have more steps and screens. If you’re not sure it’s right for you, email us first and we’ll talk it through.
