Happy Valley

Happy Valley turns arm, shoulder, trunk, and neck movements into small games, like raising the sun, helping birds find their nests, and catching fireflies. It has 16 activities in six groups, and each one lets you choose how far, how fast, or how many times you move.

Leaning and sitting tall

Keep your hips on the seat and lean, then come back to the middle.

  • Bumper Band

    Lean to play along.

Painting

Fill in a picture with 2, 4, or 6 colors. Paint with your left hand, your right hand, or your head.

  • Mad Tavern

    A head-movement game. Choose 1, 3, or 5 minutes.

Stop if

  • You feel pain in your shoulder, back, or neck
  • You feel dizzy or unsteady
  • You get very tired or out of breath

Lower your arms, sit back, and rest. Take off the headset if you don't feel better.
