Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your AVRcore headset for a refund, provided it’s in working condition. Return shipping and a restocking fee are deducted from your refund.
Start your return on a computer or phone. Returns can’t be started from the headset. See our Return Policy for full details.
Warranty and your license
AVRcore includes every app under a perpetual license. One payment, no subscription: your apps are yours for the life of the headset.
If your headset arrives damaged or stops working, email support@avrwell.com and we’ll help make it right.
